Just in time for spring, the Vespa Primavera and Sprint S models have arrived, and they boast quite a lot of new features and some pretty tasty colours.
Both the Primavera and Sprint have been around in their modern format for quite a few years now, but Vespa have added some special touches for the new S versions.
Dual disc brakes
This is good news, for the first time on the 125cc models (standard and S versions), the rear drum brake has been replaced with a 220mm disc with a dual-piston caliper. Of course, the scooter also has ABS.
Brand new 12″ wheels enhance the overall sporty look, with five split spokes and a splash of colour to match the graphics on the ‘S’ models.
New dashboard
A new LCD dashboard is introduced and follows the lines of the classic Vespa instrument panel. All the functions are now displayed digitally, as well as journey and vehicle information.
The Vespa MIA multimedia platform is available as an optional extra (it comes as standard on the Vespa Primavera Tech version). It enables the instrument panel to display all the user’s phone functions, messages, music and navigation.
Keyless ignition
All versions of the Sprint and Primavera now come with keyless ignition.
Choose your power
The Vespa Primavera and Sprint S are available in a choice of 50 cc or 125cc (Europe also get a 150cc) petrol with 4-stroke, 3-valve engines, or electric versions. The electric models come in a choice of restricted moped, or motorcycle versions (for the Vespa Primavera Tech).
Daley deals
A quick search online shows that Ron Daley Scooters in Barnsley currently has some great deals on the latest models. Give them a shout and tell them ScooterLab sent you. You can visit their website here, or give them a call on: 01226 203377.
More colours
Vespa has always been a colourful brand, and the 2026 colours look great on these smallframe models.
Vespa Primavera is available in Bianco Innocente, Nero Convinto, Verde Amabile, Blu Energico and the all-new Beige Avvolgente (for petrol models only).
The classically styled Primavera has chrome trims and is also available as an ‘S’ version, with trendy colours (Bianco Innocente and Giallo Disinvolto) and dedicated seat, trim, and graphics.
Vespa Primavera Tech
This model features the Vespa MIA and comes in the options of Blu Energico Opaco and Grigio Ott
Vespa Sprint S
The Vespa Sprint S is available in five colours, Bianco Innocente, Rosso Coraggioso, and Blu Eclettico for the petrol versions. The electric models get Nero Convinto Opaco and a new colour, Verde Ribelle.
All versions are paired with dedicated graphics and striking black details, including switchgear, clock surrounds, headlight peak, wheels, horncast and exhaust in a mixture of matt and gloss finishes.
The Sprint S also has louvres cut into the left-hand side panel for added detailing.
