Pinasco always have a decent stand at EICMA and this year, Andrea Pinasco was there to sign copies of his book and check out the latest products from the brand he created.
Andrea was also happy to see the recently remade versions of his classic Vespa smallframe exhausts. These exhausts are available now in ceramic-coated white or black, although the black version may be a limited edition.

Smallframe 251
Also, for smallframe, Pinasco now have all the parts for their 251 engine. It consists of the engine casing, crank, clutch, exhaust and cylinder kit. Pinasco had been waiting for the exhaust to be ready, but all is good to go now.
We don’t have any details on power output, etc., but the parts should be listed on the Pinasco website very soon. It will be sold as a package, but the customer will need to buy the clutch, gears and exhaust separately.
Zuerino Booster 102cc
Also new for smallframe is the Zuerino Booster 102cc cylinder kit with a revised cylinder to make more power. You can find those here, or from your preferred Pinasco stockist.

Vespa large frame
Pinasco have some brand new front shock absorbers for the PX and also for smallframe. They’re purpose-made for Vespas and are fully adjustable. They have 20 presets for high and low compression damping, as well as for rebound and preload. These shocks can be rebuilt/serviced (unlike most aftermarket scooter shocks). They’ve been tried and tested by Pinasco riders on track this year.
Radial brake calliper
This is an evolution of the Pinasco brake calliper, updated to eliminate brake fade during endurance racing. They’ve added a bridge to aid cooling and also a bolt-on CNC-machined finned cooling section.
An updated brake carrier is expected to arrive in early 2026, featuring a socket for an electronic speedometer sensor. These will be for PX and PK forks.
Flash ignition
An update from the existing FlyTech ignition, Flash has a higher power output and can be used with LED or original bulbs. It can be used AC or DC (with a different regulator) and produces more power at lower RPM than its predecessor, which should improve lighting and the indicators.
There are two types of CDI available, fixed or advance/retard. Finally, the fan itself can be swapped from a standard-style aluminium fan to a CNC-machined alloy one.
New ‘Slave’ reedvalve casings
Pinasco has a set of new 200 casings with LML-style reedvalve. They’re designed to be used with a standard type SI carb.
252cc ‘bolt on’
Finally, they’ve developed the 252 kit for use with standard type Piaggio crankcases (if required) without the need to alter the transfer area. They’ve achieved this with the use of a specially shaped piston and a crank that is designed just to fit, as Vittorio pointed out, “Don’t touch”, it’s plug and play…
VIDEO: Gori Lambretta parts
Lambretta 24mm carb kit
New from Gori (who are owned by Pinasco) is the new intake manifold for a 24mm carb. It can be used with the standard air filter without modification.
Electronic CDI for points models
This is quite a clever bit of kit for any riders of points model Lambrettas who want an upgrade to electronic ignition (a Vespa version is also available).
The CDI replaces your condenser and runs in tandem with the original coil. The points are retained and become the pick-up for the ignition. Electronics inside the Gori CDI turn your outdated ignition into an electronic one, whilst still retaining most of the classic components.
The Lambretta version isn’t on the website yet, but do a search for ‘Centralina’, it’ll be on there soon enough…
