Following on from the 125cc and 200cc Italjet Dragsters comes the brand-new Dragster 300. This new capacity is due to arrive in January 2024.
We’re told the production version of the Dragster 300 will use the latest Piaggio-derived engine, as seen in the RST22 Vespa GTS. The show models were fitted with the pre-HPE engines on the impressive Italjet stand at EICMA.
Expected price?
The Dragster 300 will have a list price of €6999 (£6082) when it arrives in the UK – making it comparable to a Vespa GTS 300 Supersport – on both price and performance. The 300 will be introduced with a new TFT display, revised rear suspension, , side stand and aerodynamic front wings. It will come in three colours: Black with red trellis frame, white/fluorescent yellow with a fluorescent yellow frame and racing graphics for the Malossi version.

Italjet Dragster 300 tech specs
The liquid-cooled Piaggio-derived 4-valve engine packs a 23.8bhp punch at 8,250rpm and makes 26 Nm of torque. Braking comes complete with ABS and has a 240mm front/175mm rear disc with Brembo calipers. The wheels are 12″ front/13″ rear.

Prices for the existing models (from November 7th are a more competitive) €5899 for the 125 and the €5999 for the 200.
USA Market
Having already established itself in Europe and the Southeast Asian markets, Italjet will debut in the USA in the spring of 2024.
Malossi Racing Academy
After success in Italy in 2023 the Malossi Racing Academy will add the 300 to the track for next year, as well as the new twin-cylinder Dragster 559 (more about that in a separate article when it gets revealed later). The Malossi Racing Academy is dedicated to young riders from the ages of 14 to 30.
