I’m sure most of our readers will know that Vespa is celebrating a very big birthday next year. You’ll also know that the Goodwood Revival is the most iconic vintage motor sports weekend of the year.
In 2026, you can combine the two, as Goodwood is set to celebrate in style with a 300-scooter parade around the famous circuit. The parade will be open to pre-’67 Vespas, Lambrettas and other iconic marques from the past, and you can be a part of it.
How to enter your scooter
If you own a pre-1967 Vespa and want it to be part of the track opening parade, you can register your interest here. Although the press release mentions other manufacturers, I presume that’s just to keep the door open in case they fall short of the 300 vintage Vespas they’re looking for.
Dress to impress
The Goodwood Revival is known for its style, both on and off the track, with many visitors sporting suitable period attire. That nostalgia is part of the on-track action as well. Expect lots of action, with everything from the Barry Sheene Memorial Trophy races for iconic 500cc Grand Prix bikes to some of the most valuable race cars on the planet.

The Goodwood Revival is held over the weekend of 18th-20th September 2026 at Goodwood Motor Circuit, near Chichester, West Sussex, PO18 0PX.
Tickets cost £77 per person on Friday, £110 on Saturday, and £96 on Sunday. A three-day weekend pass is £245. They can be bought now here.
