Horwin announced the production of their 200 kmh Senmenti 0 and a collaboration with a leading custom bike builder at EICMA.
The Sementi 0 was announced as a concept in Milan 2022 and the order books opened at EICMA last week. It was also announced that the Chinese scooter manufacturer has teamed up with Arjan Van Der Boom, founder of Ironwood Custom Motorcycles, to produce a rider-developed, limited edition custom version of the high-performance Senmeti 0.
Price and availability
Prices for the Senmenti start at €14,900 (excluding VAT). The custom-tuned edition will begin production in 2024.

Senmenti 11
Shown as a concept this year, the Senmenti 11 is looking towards the future of autonomous driving and in this case riding. We’ll quote from the press release for this Mad Max-style machine…
“For two-wheeled vehicles to be capable of autonomous driving, they must integrate self-balancing technology. Without losing the flexibility and lightness of a motorbike. Using the mass of the three-electric system, which accounts for the largest proportion of the vehicle body weight, we combine it with the power of the motor as the source of anti-torque.
It doesn’t require additional mass or additional power systems. Using specially designed intelligent algorithms, the bike distributes power to adjust the balance dynamically.
At low speeds, most of the power is deployed for self-balancing to keep the bike upright. At higher speeds, when the bike balances more naturally, most of the power is deployed to move it forward.
This design does not add extra weight or require additional power systems — enabling us to make the bike self-balancing without extra expense or losing the flexibility and lightness.
Ultimately overcoming the common limitation of two-wheeled vehicles.

Split wheel technology
To defy the laws of physics (and reality), Senmenti 11 uses split rear wheel technology. This prevents it falling over at slow speeds, or even whilst standing still!
