The latest from Pinasco as a teaser about their forthcoming smallframe engine casing.
There’s not a lot of info supplied apart from the fact that it will be due in September…
The clever feature is a removable section in the flywheel side case that allows for removal of the ‘Christmas tree’ gear cluster. In the past this feature has been provided in mega-expensive CNC cases but never before in a moulded casing.
Anyone who races smallframe Vespas will be aware that one of the main problems is that there are only limited gearing options available without stripping the engine down to change the primary drive, but this offers the chance to use different gear clusters without stripping the motor completely.
