New LITELOK CORE smashes Kickstart target | NEWS
Welsh bike security company, LITELOK have smashed their £25,000 Kickstarter campaign by over 500% in just a few days. The fund was set up to help the firm put a brand new lock into production at their Swansea based factory.
LITELOK Core joins the original LITELOK. It has been developed over the last year and they are the lightest, most flexible Sold Secure Gold rated locks in the world. The CORE is 150cm long and weighs 2.9kg (the original LITELOK is 1m long and weighs 1.5kg). The new mix of materials means it’s a bit heavier than the original but is still much lighter than conventional chains and is the strongest lock produced by the firm so far. It also features ‘click to lock’ so there’s no faffing with a key to lock it and it is pairable, so two CORE locks can be linked together.
Boaflexicore Plus
Engineered using a composite material called Boaflexicore Plus the LITELOK CORE does exactly what it says on the tin and has been independently tested by industry experts and Sold Secure. It achieves a Diamond cycle rating and Gold motorcycle rating.
