New Davida Shorty gloves available in tan or grey | NEWS
Decent short summer riding gloves are a god send. Davida have produced an update to their shorty glove, with a design based historically on gloves which were intended to be used for other things but also proved to be practical for motorcyclists.
During the early part of the 1940s, no self respecting member of Luftwaffe aircrew would be seen without their stock issue grey leather gloves. So popular and mass produced were they, European motorcyclists continued to use them for riding post war, courtesy of of the burgeoning army surplus trade. Davida’s new Shorty grey gloves are based on this classic design.
Mid West rancher
Originally produced for the early Ranch Workers, short tan gloves have a strong heritage within the Mid West USA and are still a favourite for many American motorcyclists these days.
